Jimmy Hill is a huntaholic. Jimmy grew up in Laclede County, Missouri. He has two daughters, the oldest, Hunter is 14 yrs old. And the youngest is Journey 6 yrs old. It doesn’t matter if its bugling bulls, gobbling turkeys, or rattling and calling in deer. Jimmy believes that America is the land of opportunity. He turned his love of hunting to a professional business. Call it fate or luck. Jimmy started hunting at the age of 10 in the Ozarks of Missouri on his own, hunting rabbits and squirrels. One afternoon he rode his bike to the local retail store and bought a Ike Ashby slate turkey call. The rest was history in the making.
Jimmy won two turkey calling championships and hunting with today’s top pro hunters. But his passion is taking youth hunting. Jimmy never had an opportunity for an adult to introduce him to the great outdoors. He was a high school and college baseball star until a tragic car accident ended it all for him. You take the cards you are dealt and push forward. |
